Patrick Waldron - Chief Executive Officer

Patrick was named CEO of Fintrax Group in November 2012. Prior to this, Patrick was Chief Executive of Post Office Financial and Travel Services, two joint venture businesses between Bank of Ireland and the UK Post Office with £25 billion in assets and liabilities, generating profits of over £150m. Previously he was COO for the Bank in Ireland and also ran a number of business units for the Bank.   

John Duffy - Research and Development Director John has over 18 years’ experience within Fintrax Group, fulfilling a number of creative, innovative and establishment roles. He continues to drive innovation and software development within the company.

Pat Faherty - Group Sales Director Pat is accountable for sales operations in 21 countries across Europe as well as the portfolio of 200 International Key Accounts. Prior to this role, Pat was the Country Manager for France and Benelux as well as the Group’s Marketing Manager and has been a forerunner in the development of Fintrax Group since 1986.

Stephen Mitchell - Group HR Director Stephen joined Fintrax Group at the end of 2014 with over 25 years’ experience in HR. Stephen has previously worked for companies such as Deloitte Haskins and Sells, Bank of Montreal, BNY Mellon, ICAP plc and BGC / Cantor Fitzgerald, and prior to this, he worked as a computer programmer before starting his career in Human Resources.

Stephen has previously worked for companies such as Deloitte Haskins and Sells, Bank of Montreal, BNY Mellon, ICAP plc and BGC / Cantor Fitzgerald, and prior to this, he worked as a computer programmer before starting his career in Human Resources.

Stefan Intemann - Chief Information Officer Stefan manages the group’s technology and product development. Co-founder of Tax Free Worldwide, Stefan joined Fintrax Group in 2013 following the merger. Prior to this he held various senior management positions in private organisations, as well as playing semi-pro Baseball, representing Austria in international competitions.

Prior to this he held various senior management positions in private organisations, as well as playing semi-pro Baseball, representing Austria in international competitions.

Chris Parkin - Group Operations Director Chris is responsible for transaction processing, refund networks, merchant support and customer service. A qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Chris joined Fintrax Group in 1994 when he founded and managed the UK business until 2013.
