
Chairman of the Board - Pat is a chartered accountant with over 35 years’ experience. His extensive experience has included a career in accountancy practice, manufacturing and property development / investment companies. He holds key board level positions in a number of property development / investment companies.

Chief Executive Officer - Catriona O' Farrell is the Chief Executive Officer of the Fintrax Group, a position to which she was named in 2011. Catriona was the first employee of the 1985 start-up company Cashback Ltd, with responsibility for the development of the original tax-refund company of the Group. Since then, she has spent over twenty years in senior management roles in the I.T. and publishing industries, as well as teaching within the educational sector. In her role, Catriona oversees annual revenues of $75 million, a staff of almost 400 and offices spanning the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe. Under her tenure, Catriona has world class ambitions for the Fintrax Group, through innovation for competitive advantage. Catriona holds an honours M.B.A. Degree and an honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the National University of Ireland.

Group Finance Director - Conor holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and Diploma in Business Studies from The National University of Ireland in Galway. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. He holds an honours law degree from The National University of Ireland. In Galway Conor is responsible for the Group's Irish workforce of more than sixty employees working across various business units. He has fifteen years of experience in Accountancy and Finance. His experience includes eight years in accountancy practices and seven years as a Finance Director.

Group Operations Director - Chris holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Business Administration and Accountancy. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Chris worked for Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC) and a leading cheque guarantee firm before joining the Fintrax Group in 1994. He founded and manages the UK subsidiary and has a wealth of experience in providing financial services to the retail industry. Chris is based in London and is responsible for a number of the group's subsidiaries in Europe as well as the development and deployment of efficient systems within the group.

Group Marketing Director & CEMA Regional Manager - Patrick holds a MBA degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He has been a forerunner in the development of the Fintrax Group since 1986 when he was a sales manager for Ireland. After completing market research in several European countries he became Marketing Manager for Premier Tax Free (France) in 1990, and he was promoted to General Manager in 1991. Patrick is responsible for the growth of Fintrax Group in Europe; with special regard to Switzerland, Italy, Austria and the Benelux countries. Patrick is also responsible for the Franchisee Agreements and partnerships in Central Europe & Middle East & Africa.

Group Human Resource Director - Maureen has a Diploma in Office Management and a Certificate in Computing/IT. She joined the company in 1990 and has set up the Group's processing operations for France, Italy, Spain and the UK. Maureen has over a decade of experience in data processing and operations and is based in Galway, Ireland. She implements and coordinates the data payment services between centralised operations in Ireland and local operational centres in Europe.

Group Americas Director - Juan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Masters in International Business Administration (Honours). He joined Fintrax Group in 1997 as Assistant Manager, then became General Manager in 1998. He was responsible for the set-up and development of the company in Spain and Portugal, then became Assistant Manager for international market development in 2000. In 2001 Juan became involved in establishing the company in Toronto, Canada, where he developed and expanded its operations as its General Manager. In 2008 he coordinated the set up and development of the company in Mexico, and in 2009 in Uruguay, by successfully achieving Government concessions via public tender process.

Group Research & Development Director - John has a Bachelor of Commerce, a Diploma in Systems Analysis and 20 years’ experience working in software developments and financial services; including European-wide experience as General Manager of a data processing company. After joining Fintrax, John developed the Fintrax Payment Centre and innovated multi-currency processing. He is the Group Director for the research and development of information technology and has been based in Ireland since 1997.

Group Licensing Director - Declan fondly recalls his part time role in servicing tourists and retail merchants in Ireland from Mid 1980’s and Europe from Early 1990’s. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Science and Modern Language (Honours), a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and Graduate Diploma of Business in Accounting and Taxation (Honours). He became an executive director of the Group from 1995. He set up tax refund and card payment schemes in Europe and Canada as the managing director for group trading and operating companies between 1995 and 2000. He pioneered the tax refund and card payment schemes of the group throughout New Zealand, Australia, and Singapore as the group regional executive director for market research and business development in the Asia Pacific Region between 2000 and 2010. He resides permanently in Singapore, having been domiciled previously in capitals throughout Europe and Canada before Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Auckland, and Wellington. He is presently the executive director for licensing the group intellectual property portfolio and directing the group payment alliance programs since 2011. Declan is the deputy partner and principal proprietor of the Barry Family Partnership, the majority shareholder of Fintrax Group Holdings and ¥€$®.
