Patrick Waldron - Chief Executive Officer
Patrick was named CEO of Fintrax Group in November 2012. Prior to this, Patrick was Chief Executive of Post Office Financial and Travel Services, two joint venture businesses between Bank of Ireland and the UK Post Office with £25 billion in assets and liabilities, generating profits of over £150m. Previously he was COO for the Bank in Ireland and also ran a number of business units for the Bank.
Jamie Keir - Chief Financial Officer
Jamie joined Fintrax in September 2014 as Group Commercial Financial Controller and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in April 2018. Prior to joining Fintrax, Jamie worked for Dell Technologies for ten years across a number of Finance management roles in both Europe and the US. Jamie is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Marc Frappier - Director
Marc is the Managing Partner of Eurazeo Capital and a member of the Eurazeo’s Executive Committee since 2009; Eurazeo Capital specializes in transatlantic upper midcap private equity investments. Marc has an extensive experience across a broad range of industries, such as Business Services, Financial Services or Media & Technology. Marc became a Board Member in December 2015.
From 1999 to 2006, he worked as a management consultant for The Boston Consulting Group in Paris and Singapore. Marc began his career as a financial auditor with Deloitte in Paris and New York.
Celia Nataf – Director
Celia joined Eurazeo Capital in 2014 and is Senior Associate within the team, notably monitoring the investment in Fintrax. Celia became a Board Member in December 2016. Célia previously worked with the large-cap merger-acquisition teams of Barclays Capital in Paris, carrying out consulting assignments for industrial groups and investment funds.
Edouard Guigou – Director
Edouard is Managing Director for Eurazeo Capital which he joined in 2015. Prior to this, he spent 8 years at Astorg where he worked on a number of transactions of industrial and B-to-B services European companies. Since 2012, Edouard has been a lecturer at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris within the Finance and Strategy Master.
Francesco Orsi – Director
Francesco is Managing Director for Eurazeo Capital which he joined in 2007 after having worked with KPMG in Milan since 2003 within the Audit team and then the Transaction Services Group. Francesco became a Board Member in December 2015. At Eurazeo Francesco has participated in the structuring or the oversight of the following investments : Accor, Moncler, Gruppo Banca Leonardo, Intercos, Desigual and CPK other than Fintrax.
Charles Petruccelli - Non-Executive Director
Charles joined Fintrax Group as a Non-Executive Director in July 2016. With over 35 years’ services in senior executive roles at American Express, he is a well-established leader in the global travel, credit card, international payments and foreign exchange sectors. In 2001, Charles was promoted to lead the Global Business Travel and Foreign Exchange areas at Amex, which he grew to more than US$20bn of sales volume and over 18,000 employees. Charles also serves on multiple boards, including Amex GBT III, Kanoo Group as well as various start-ups. He is a member of the Strategic Committee of ventee.privee.com.
David Sear - Non-Executive Director
David became a Non-Executive Director of Fintrax Group in July 2016. A leading fintech entrepreneur and investor for over 20 years, David was a co-founder of WorldPay and led the global rollout of the Travelex Cash Passport travel card business (sold to Mastercard for US$500m) and Travelex Global Business Payments (sold to Western Union for US$1bn). David is a Non-Executive Director of Provident Financial Services (FTSE 100), Chairman of Bango (AIM: BGO) and Chairman of privately held payments businesses Semafone and Ixaris.
Pascale Guerin - Non-Executive Director
Pascale joined Fintrax as a Non Executive Director in January 2017. She has spent the majority of her career in the travel retail industry at L’Oréal Travel Retail International, where she is currently Risk Management Director. Her previous roles within the company at Group level include Deputy Director of Internal Audit as well as CFO, a post she held for several years. Prior to joining L’Oréal Pascale worked at KPMG.
