Technical/Functional Project Manager



Fintrax are seeking a Technical/Functional Project Manager, in order to strengthen our presence in Latin America and to enhance the level of service offered to our customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain international experience in a fast growing, highly successful group of companies.



Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

-Attending business and/or technical meetings and present our solutions and services to our prospects and customers

-Analysing the customers’ requirements, transforming them into functional/technical specifications and defining the relevant deliveries

-Managing the projects and following the various steps from A-Z: development, delivery, QA, pilots and going live.

-Performing “after sale” follow-up and support



Principal Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should:

-Have a minimum of two years experience as a technical/functional project manager in services related to payment systems, tills

-Have a very good knowledge of payment systems protocols (Visa, IPM...) and/or POS/tills payment applications and/or frontend/backend software

-Have Strong communication and presentation skills, be comfortable giving presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, banks etc.

-Have the ability to manage all projects through to completion

-Be Hands-on, committed to work, responsible, autonomous and flexible

-Be Fluent in Spanish and English;
the knowledge of Portuguese while desirable is not essential
-Be willing to travel to other American and European countries

-Candidates should demonstrate their eligibility to work in Mexico

Operations/Technical Support Officer (Part Time)
Our subsidiary office based in Canberra, Australia currently has a vacancy for an:
Operations/Technical Support Officer (Part Time)

Fintrax is looking for a new member of the team to develop and complete the day to day operations of the business. The role of Operations/Technical Support Officer will involve daily administration and IT task, initiatives and development as well as maintenance of our IT systems. The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a close, small teamed environment as well as independently.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Importation of payment information
• Creation of daily payment files
• Daily submission of payments to multiple entities
• Processing of requests and rejections
• Producing daily export file
• Answering and responding to daily queries
• Ensuring the operation and maintenance of servers
• Testing of current and new business systems
• Documenting results of current and new business testing
• Developing help files for current and new business systems
• Backing up of business servers
• Weekly and ad hoc reporting
• Office cleanliness and team commitment
• Other ad hoc duties

Principal Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate should:
• Have a firm knowledge of Excel, Access, Word and Outlook
• Possess strong IT skills
• Have knowledge of QMS principles (desirable but not essential)
• Have studied or be studying IT, Business Informatics or Business Administration (desirable but not essential)
